My favorite thing about family shoots is getting the chance to capture everyone's personality. I think you can tell from the photos exactly which one loves the camera (hint hint: pictured just below). I had such a good time with the Doyle Family! The air was crisp and the leaves were as beautiful as ever. I don't think we could have asked for a better day! :)
John, Mary Kate, Jack, Annabelle, & Charlie- You guys are awesome! It was great to finally get to meet the whole family. I loved getting to spend time with you all. :)

Coming from Florida, I'm like a kid in a candy store when it comes to fall foliage. I can't get enough of it- the colors are just so beautiful! As you can imagine I was pretty excited when I found out Dave & Leah wanted to do an engagement shoot in October! They love to hike with their dogs so that's exactly what we did. We spent some time in the beauty of the outdoors, surrounded by the most stunning scenery. It really was the perfect spot to spend a Fall afternoon!
Dave & Leah- Thanks for taking me out on such a beautiful hike! The scenery was absolutely gorgeous. I loved getting to hang out with you guys. I'm really looking forward to June!!

There is nothing better then spending time outdoors in the Fall. And when you add the Keever family into the mix, it makes it that much better! This sweet family knows how to have a good time. Especially when it comes to playing in the leaves! ;)

The storm clouds were rolling in all morning and several times during the day, I wasn't sure how long the rain was going to hold off. But everything continued as planned; the ceremony took place in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. There was laughing, crying, and even a little dancing! It wasn't until after the reception had begun that the clouds opened up and it started raining- as if part of the plan all along. A perfectly lucky way to end the day! :)

It's pretty amazing how perfect Matthias & Ashley are for each other. They both swam at Boston College, have a love for the outdoors and are from the Northeast! But even more then that is how right they seem for each other when they are together- their smiles say it all. They have two of biggest hearts in the world and I cannot wait to see what adventures the future holds for them.
Ashley & Matthias- As always, I had such a great time with you both! I'm so excited for you guys! You two are so great together. I'm already looking forward to your next visit (which hopefully will be soon)!

What do you do when it's Fall and you live in New England? Go apple picking! I love that Jennifer & Eddy wanted to go to an apple orchard for their engagement shoot. It was the perfect place to spend the afternoon soaking up the nice weather & beautiful scenery. And getting to hang out with these two was the icing on the cake!

There are so many things that I love about photographing weddings but my very favorite is getting the opportunity to stand behind the camera and capture all the amazing moments that take place on a couple's big day. And every wedding is so different; unique in it's own beautiful way. Mike and Marissa's wedding was no exception. As you can imagine, a family of boys can get a little on the hectic side but Ryan & Tennaly make it look easy! Their three kiddos have a lot of personality and I loved getting the chance to capture every moment of it. Mac, their newest addition to the bunch, is as cute as a button and is already holding his own with his older brothers. I have a feeling this year is going to be a great one with a lot of amazing memories as a family of five!

Let me tell you, these two are absolutely loved by their family & friends. And after getting to know Roman & Nicole over this past year, I can see why. They are such a beautiful couple both inside and out. The joy on their wedding day was contagious and I can't help but smile every time I go through their pictures. It was definitely a Fourth of July they will never forget!

I honestly love everything about Jess & Andrew's wedding! It was such a beautiful reflection of them and honestly, that's what it should be about. From their gorgeous ceremony held in an 18th century church to their stunning reception at The Lace Factory, everything was absolutely perfect. And to top it off, a quick stop at their favorite bar and run in with the local steam train made it that much more amazing!

These two are a long way from home but I think I can speak on behalf of Connecticut (and the ENTIRE Northeast) and say that we are sure happy they ended up here! We will take them for as long as we can. Jonathan & Christina are so sweet & I'm not exaggerating when I say their smiles will make you smile. I had such a great time with Emily & Ryan on their shoot! It was the perfect evening to explore Harkness Memorial State Park (which might be my new favorite spot for a photo session!). Sometimes you meet people in your life and you feel like you have known them forever! I got to hang out with Joe & Liz a couple of weeks ago in Central Park and instantly felt like we had been friends for years. They are two of the sweetest people in the world and together they make one awesome couple! I cannot wait until April to document their beautiful wedding! :)
If you find yourself around 70th & 2nd Ave, be sure to stop by the Beach Cafe (patio featured above). Awesome staff & I hear the food is great! And for all my Seinfeld fans, a little clip of the show was taped right outside the Beach Cafe!

Pamela & Mike's wedding day was anything but boring! From the gorgeous ceremony held in a NYC cathedral to the reception in Greenwich, CT, the day was absolutely stunning. I've been dreaming of warm weather since January, imagining the day when the snow would finally melt and I could see our grass again (which by the way, seemed nearly impossible). A day when ice cream would become enjoyable rather than serve as a reminder of the ferocious winter. But now, the air couldn't feel better and the grass couldn't be any greener. Old Wethersfield was the perfect backdrop for Erin and Scott's engagement shoot. A charming town and the perfect place for an afternoon stroll arm-in-arm with your main squeeze, your pup, and favorite ice cream cone!

There is nothing like a gorgeous Spring day to get married! And when the flowers start to bloom, Barnsley Gardens is definitely one of the most stunning places to be. Nacho and Andrea's wedding took place right outside of the Manor House Ruins which was originally built by Barnsley for the love of his life. Their ceremony, spoken all in Spanish, was so romantic and made their vows seem that much more personal and beautiful. The day was intimate, lovely, and full of many many happy tears!
